It's not Pequegnat, but Snider clocks were made in Toronto. The Canadian Clock Museum's Snider clocks story is now hosted on the Virtual Museum of Canada (VMC) web site, in the Community Memories section. There are 239 images in the Gallery / Thumbnails, including pictures of all of the Snider mantel, TV lamp, and wall clocks in The Canadian Clock Museum's collection up to April of this year. This is the result of work done after receipt by our museum of a Community Memories grant for small museums in 2007.
The link to the VMC is http://www.virtualmuseum.ca .In the search box put in "Snider clocks". The search produces two options - choose "The House of Snider in Toronto - A Canadian Clocks Success Story 1950-1976".
